Saïka Beauty House wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at saikabeautyhouse@gmail.com. Return and refund eligibility depends on the condition of the item and the reason for the request.

Return Eligibility

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used soaps, fragrances, and other personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged, Incorrect & Refunded Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will let you know the appropriate next step. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
