Orders, Payments & Products

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Products are subject to availability. We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

Shipping, Returns & Product Care

Shipping costs and available delivery options are provided during checkout. Free shipping is offered only for Boston orders where applicable. Returns, refunds, damaged items, and other order concerns are handled according to our Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for following any care, safety, ingredient, or candle-burning instructions provided with their products.
