Saïka Beauty House carefully prepares each order before shipment. Available shipping or delivery options and any applicable charges will be shown during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs & Boston Orders

Free shipping is available only for eligible orders within Boston. Orders outside Boston may have shipping charges based on the delivery destination and available shipping method. The final shipping cost, when applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If your package arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you experience another delivery problem, contact Saïka Beauty House as soon as possible with your order information and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
